## What the fare includes

- Price per car, not per person; fuel and any tolls included.
- 60 minutes of free waiting at airport pickups (Krabi and Phuket). A person checks the flight before the driver sets off, so a late landing moves the pickup at no charge.
- Payment in cash, in Thai baht, to the driver at the end. No deposit and no prepayment; nothing is charged when you book.
- Card: If you can only pay by card, for example because you have not changed money yet, message us on WhatsApp and we send a PayPal payment link; a 5% fee is added.
- Cancellation and changes: Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup; after that the fee is 25% (less than 24 h), 35% (less than 12 h) or 50% (less than 2 h) of the price, and 100% for a no-show — also when you pay the driver in cash. - From the Ao Nang beach road: Nopparat Thara pier 5 min, Krabi Town 25 min, Tiger Cave Temple 40 min (1,260 steps; the driver can wait), Emerald Pool and hot springs 1 h 15.
- Railay and Tonsai have no road: longtail boats (about 15 min) leave from the east end of Ao Nang beach, or from Ao Nam Mao pier.
- Phi Phi ferries: from Klong Jilad or Nopparat Thara pier. The taxi does the pier run; the boat ticket is bought from the ferry company.
