Staying on Railay or Tonsai?

There is no road there. The longtail boat to Ao Nang beach takes about 15 minutes and is paid at the hut on the sand, not in the fare: give a pickup point in Ao Nang when you book.

Catching a boat at Rassada Pier?

The car takes you to the pier for the boats to Phi Phi. The boat ticket is not part of the fare: it is bought from the ferry company.

Stops on the way

A short stop, say a 7-Eleven or a viewpoint, is usually fine: ask the driver. A real detour is priced before the trip.

A sedan takes up to 3 passengers and 2 large bags, an SUV up to 5 and 4, a van up to 7 and 5. The van is the only 7-seater, and the one for dive bags.

How do I pay?

In cash, in Thai baht, to the driver at the end of the trip. There is no deposit and nothing is charged when you book. If you can only pay by card, for example because you have not changed money yet, message us on WhatsApp and we send a PayPal payment link; a 5% fee is added.
