In cash, in Thai baht, to the driver at the end of the trip. There is no deposit and nothing is charged when you book. If you can only pay by card, for example because you have not changed money yet, message us on WhatsApp and we send a PayPal payment link; a 5% fee is added.

Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup; after that the fee is 25% (less than 24 h), 35% (less than 12 h) or 50% (less than 2 h) of the price, and 100% for a no-show — also when you pay the driver in cash.
